Job summary

The Oregon Child Development Coalition in Ashland is looking for an Infant/Toddler Teacher to ensure children’s safety, health, and development in a nurturing environment. This role includes planning a culturally appropriate curriculum and engaging with parents to enhance child development.

The ideal candidate will have relevant educational qualifications and will work collaboratively with staff and families to promote positive outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• CDA certificate within 6 months from date of hire.
• One year community college certificate in early childhood development.
• Experience working with infants and toddlers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and development of infants and toddlers.
• Plan and implement culturally responsive curriculum.
• Conduct home visits and conferences with parents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
