• OPWDD/NYS Justice Center training completed upon hire is expected.

Responsibilities

• Investigate quality incidents and provide thorough, high‑quality reports.
• Ensure recommendations safeguard individuals and improve services.
• Provide education and training on abuse prevention and incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and monitor follow-ups.
• Maintain records in electronic systems and coordinate with supervisor.
