The position requires an Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience or 4 years of combined education/experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience required
• Or 4 years combined education and experience in rural Iowa
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support and teach practical skills to strengthen families.
• Connect families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.
• Offer crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
• Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with teachers, doctors, and social workers.
• Develop service plans, monitor progress, and maintain documentation
