Chrysalis of Cedar City in Cedar City, UT is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / In-Home Caregiver for swing and graveyard shifts. Entry-level role with competitive starting pay and excellent benefits including health insurance and flexibility.

As a DSP, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities to live meaningful, self-directed lives in their homes or program settings. Training is provided and ongoing mentoring is available.

Qualifications

• Heart for people with developmental disabilities.
• No experience necessary.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we're willing to train you.

Responsibilities

• Support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible.
• Provide support in homes or programs including daily living activities and transportation.
• Help participants learn life skills, employment support, budgeting, and recreational activities.
