Chrysalis in Provo, UT seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / In-Home Caregiver for full-time or part-time swing and graveyard shifts. You will support individuals with developmental disabilities to lead self-directed, meaningful lives in their homes or programs.

This entry-level role starts at $15/hr, with excellent benefits, including health insurance and flexible scheduling. Training is available; no prior experience required.

Formación

• Heart for people with developmental disabilities.
• No experience necessary.
• Capable of communicating well in English both verbal and written form.

Responsabilidades

• Support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently.
• Assist with daily living activities including medication administration, bathing, hygiene, and basic first aid.
• Assist with transportation, budgeting, meal prep, shopping, and home maintenance.
• Report concerns and keep accurate documentation; work with a team to meet participant goals.
