Job summary

Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada is hiring a Housekeeping Aide to support cleaning and upkeep across its properties under the supervision of the Housekeeping Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years in housekeeping/janitorial, and ability to operate a gas-powered pressure washer. OSHA 10 certification and a valid Nevada driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication and basic reading skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to perform housekeeping/janitorial/utility/porter duties.
• Learn and utilize housekeeping software.
• Operate gas powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Housekeeping Management for assignments.
• Cleans interiors and exteriors of CCSN properties.
• Works on special projects in Property or Maintenance departments.
• Pressure washing exterior and concrete areas.
• Reports unassigned needs to supervisors.
• Reports repairs or maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Protects confidential information and follows safety rules.
• Other related duties as directed.
