Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to achieve hotel cleanliness goals.
• Coordinate daily workflow and distribute duties.
• Inspect guest rooms following high cleanliness standards.
• Train and onboard new employees within the department.
• Motivate staff to achieve desired cleanliness results.
• Report maintenance needs accordingly and coordinate with teams.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Assist with inventory of linen and supplies and with evaluations.
