Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room and public-space cleanliness, train new staff, and uphold the brand’s high standards.

You will monitor daily workflows, inspect guest rooms, supervise and motivate the team, coordinate with Front Desk, and ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a similar Housekeeping position desirable.
• Engaging and caring personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Train and onboard new employees to the department.
• Motivate and inspire staff to achieve results.
• Coordinate the day’s work flow and distribute duties.
• Inspect rooms following highest quality standards.
• Report maintenance needs accordingly.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Find coverage for callouts or increased counts.
