• Take Room Service orders including employee/patient/family initiated orders.
• Complete tray assembly.
• Ensures food meets all safety and sanitary regulations.
• Data entry using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintains a safe, clean, neat and orderly cooking area.
• Cleans and sanitizes food service equipment.
