Absolute Companies is looking for an experienced Music Therapist to provide therapy services in Zanesville, OH. This role involves assessing the needs of hospice patients, consulting with an interdisciplinary team, and documenting care provided. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Music Therapy, be licensed to practice as a Music Therapist, and have at least two years of experience, preferably in a hospice setting. This position supports exceptional patient-centered end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Possesses a bachelor’s degree or equivalency in Music Therapy, with experience.
• Licensed to practice as Music Therapist – Board Certified (MT-BC) within the state.
• At least two (2) years of appropriate experience as a music therapist.

Responsabilités

• Assess music therapy needs of the patient/family and provide services.
• Consult with interdisciplinary team about patient referrals.
• Document all care provided in accordance with documentation requirements.
