Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement 90-minute weekly home visits and quarterly socializations.
• Recruit new families and maintain enrollment waitlist.
• Enter data into agency software and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate translation services when needed and advocate for families.
• Report suspected abuse or neglect as required.
