Community Development Institute Head Start is seeking a Home Visitor to support families in Kokomo and surrounding counties. The role focuses on education, case management, and family advocacy delivered in participants' homes.

The position requires a current home-based CDA credential or equivalent coursework toward an associate or bachelor’s degree, with a bachelor’s or associate degree preferred. The role offers full-time hours with benefits and whom to contact for application.

Qualifications

• Home-based CDA credential or comparable credential, or coursework toward an associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Related bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide education, case management, and family advocacy to families in their own homes.
• Plan and implement home-based learning experiences for children and parents.
• Interact with the child and parent/guardian to build trust and support learning at home.
