Optimal Care, a home health provider in Michigan, seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders at patients’ homes, with daily travel within Macomb/Oakland/Wayne counties.

You will collaborate with physicians and a care team to implement personalized therapy plans and educate patients and caregivers. Position involves travel, regular hours, and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Home Health experience is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Speech Therapist.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and establish treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
