Rehab Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home health services in Liberty, Dayton, TX and surrounding areas. The role offers Full Time, Part Time, or PRN options with autonomy and meaningful patient care.

You will assess, treat, educate, and collaborate with other clinicians to improve mobility and quality of life for patients in their homes. Valid state licensure and strong clinical skills are required, with a commitment to compassionate care.

Formación

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid State Licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to improve function and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics to aid recovery and home routines.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans aligning with legal and ethical standards.
