Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to function in diverse home environments regardless of client background or condition.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Follow state laws and supervising OT plan of care.
• Observe, document and report patient progress to nurse supervisor and physician.
• Educate patient, family and care team on therapy strategies within scope.
