Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide skilled nursing care in the home setting. You will administer nursing services per physician orders, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to execute the plan of care.

The role requires an active nursing license in Texas, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed for community visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of licensed nursing experience.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients per physician orders and plan of care.
• Educate patient and family, and other health care team members.
• Follow established plan of care and maintain accurate documentation.
