Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing services in patient homes. You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the care team, and perform nursing duties per physician orders and the established plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, at least one year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are also required as visits occur in home settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of licensed nursing experience.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients per physician orders and plan of care.
• Educate patients, families, and care team members.
• Perform services in accordance with POC and orders.
