Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an RN to provide skilled nursing care in home health settings across our patient caseload. You will implement physician orders, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective care at home.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required to visit patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education and licensed as a nurse in the practicing state.
• Minimum of one year of licensed nursing experience.
• Basic tech skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services per physician orders and plan of care.
• Educate patient and family on care and safety.
• Collaborate with health care team to coordinate care.
