Alpha Home Health & Hospice in Snohomish County is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home skilled nursing care across Everett, Marysville, Arlington, Lake Stevens and nearby areas. You’ll attend to wounds, catheter care, medications, and symptom management while educating patients and caregivers.

On-call rotations are required and a compassionate, collaborative team supports your work.

Formación

• Washington LPN license (current and in good standing).
• Home Health or Hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care including wound and catheter care, medication administration, and symptom management.
• Conduct skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation of patients.
• Deliver patient and caregiver education and support.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for cohesive, quality care.
• On-call rotations required.
