Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home patient care in Everett with dayshift hours. You will assess, document, and monitor patients, administer medications, and collaborate with a care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

A valid LPN license and CPR/BLS/First Aid are required. We offer truly flexible scheduling (FT, PT, PRN), daily pay, and a patient-centric environment focused on integrity and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• Current unrestricted LPN license in the state of position.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.
• Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the prescribed plan of care.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed (vitals, etc.).
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV fluids, documenting thoroughly.
• Inspect and care for wounds and assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess patients for injuries, infections, bedsores, and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure outcomes.
