Job summary

Center for Human Development is seeking a Developmental Specialist to support Early Intervention services in Springfield, MA. You will assess children and deliver therapies in home or daycare settings, helping families meet developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early education or early intervention required.
• EICS certification preferred.
• 300 hours of practicum or work experience with young children (birth to five) required.
• First Aid and CPR (infant and child) required.
• Spanish speaking encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess children and provide therapies to help developmental milestones.
• Work with children birth to three years in home or daycare settings.
• Coach families and provide strategies to diverse populations; community based work.
