Qualifications

• Strong classroom management, differentiated instruction, and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans addressing academic, functional, social-emotional, and independent living skills.
• Provide instructional direction and guidance to assigned 1:1 paraprofessional staff.
• Collaborate with families, administrators, and related-service providers to ensure consistent goal implementation.
• Participate in PPT/IEP meetings and maintain progress monitoring and student records.
• Implement positive behavioral strategies and trauma-informed educational practices.
