Responsibilities

• Contact payors to collect on unpaid facility claims.
• Submit account corrections and adjustments; manage denials.
• Handle denial management, payments variance, and appeals.
• Identify trends with management to improve A/R performance.
• Collaborate with other teams; document actions clearly.
