Mathematica, Inc. seeks Health Research Analysts to contribute to domestic health policy and public health projects for a variety of clients including AHRQ, HRSA, ASPE, CMS, and SAMHSA.

Analysts support two to four projects, performing literature reviews, interviews, and qualitative coding, while collaborating with senior staff for rigorous analysis. The role emphasizes project management, budget awareness, and clear written communication of findings.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in public health, public policy, or a related field with coursework in research methods.
• Coursework or work experience in qualitative research methodology.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to write clear technical memos and stakeholder-facing materials.
• Experience working with AI platforms, such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.

Aufgaben

• Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans on current health policy topics.
• Collaborate with senior staff to support qualitative data collection and analysis; develop interview guides.
• Conduct or take notes during interviews and code qualitative data using analysis software.
• Synthesize qualitative data using structured frameworks.
• Serve as a Project Manager, helping plan and track budgets and schedules.
• Draft client memos, analytic report chapters, and briefs.
