Acelero Learning Clark County is seeking dedicated individuals to support early childhood education programs nationwide. You will implement developmentally appropriate curricula, observe and document child progress, and partner with families to promote positive growth across home, school, and community.

The role requires an Associate or Bachelor’s in Child Development or Early Childhood Education, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or equivalent coursework.
• Physical exam and background checks are required.
• Local or long-distance travel up to 10% for work-related meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Implements a child-centered curriculum and learning environment to promote development in all domains.
• Addresses challenging behaviors by observing causes and teaching new skills, partnering with families.
• Uses observations and notes to document progress and individualize curriculum.
• Creates partnerships with families to establish positive interactions across home, school, and program.
• Provides developmentally appropriate classroom experiences and print-rich literacy environments.
• Implements daily lesson plans aligned with children’s needs and interests.
• Integrates IEPs for children with disabilities and maintains safe routines.
