Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring curriculum.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with administrators, support staff, teachers, volunteers and students.
• Engage with children in all areas of the program and parts of the day.
• Work collaboratively and communicate with teaching team partner regarding children's behavior and progress.
• Assist children with personal health care needs, including toileting.
• Participate in training and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to maintain a safe and secure learning environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with young children and their families.
• Ability to work well with diverse families.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with students, staff and the schoolcommunity.
• Regular and consistent attendance
• Ability to pass a Comprehensive background check per DHHS licensing
• Other duties as assigned
