Job summary

TPEG, Inc. seeks a Case Manager / Group Facilitator in the Central Valley to lead psychoeducational groups and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams. You will plan and deliver group sessions, support individual client needs, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure appropriate levels of care.

The role emphasizes engagement, organization, and empathy, with opportunities for professional growth within behavioral health services. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with SUD Registration Certification or a Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience facilitating behavioral health or mental health groups.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Enrollment in a Master’s program in Counseling, MFT, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and facilitate psychoeducational and process groups.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive group environment.
• Manage group dynamics and address challenges professionally.
• Provide individual check-ins, support, and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate care with clinical staff and external providers.
• Maintain group notes and ensure confidentiality compliance.
