Job summary

InnoSource Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks a Graphic Designer & Production Artist to support the Creative Operations Director and team by delivering high-quality design and production work for Simon Says Stamp. You will help maintain visual consistency and efficiently execute projects across marketing assets and product graphics.

You’ll collaborate on graphics, photography, and visuals, participate in meetings, and adapt to evolving project needs while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Professional graphic design experience required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated creative writing skills.
• Experience with AI tools and workflows preferred.
• Proficiency using Google Drive, Google Docs, spreadsheets, and basic calendaring tools.
• Basic understanding of design principles and creative production processes.
• Passion for or experience within the paper-crafting or creative hobby industry preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated team player able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Remain adaptable and supportive of evolving project needs in partnership with the creative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Reporting Structure & Supervision: Works under established workflows and collaborates with Marketing leadership.
• Design & Creative Execution: Design products for monthly deadlines and create graphics for releases.
• Photography & editing: Perform product photography and image correction as needed.
• Production needs: Execute product photo shoots and related visuals.
• Quality control: Proof artwork and assets for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Cross-functional support: Assist on key initiatives and product development.
