Amity Foundation, an internationally acclaimed teaching and therapeutic community, seeks a Grant Compliance Advocate to monitor and support a network of sub-recipients for Care First and Community Investment Funds. The role ensures compliant grant administration, fidelity to awards, and programmatic support across Los Angeles County.

The position requires a four-year degree in social sciences and at least two years of administrative or programmatic service delivery experience.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree in Social Sciences or related field.
• Two years of full-time administrative or programmatic experience in social services.
• Lived experience with incarceration, addiction recovery, poverty, foster care, or related systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and provide technical assistance to subcontracted Service Providers to ensure compliance with administrative and fiscal regulations.
• Liaise with the network of subcontracted Service Providers to support grant activities and reporting.
• Provide on-the-ground evaluation and support to providers across Los Angeles County facing access barriers to funding.
• Assist in development and issuance of grants or service contracts per Exhibit 1 and Administered Programs.
• Coordinate training for data entry and monthly grant reporting for subgrantees.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance monitoring processes and quarterly review meetings.
• Conduct program reviews and implement corrective actions for service providers under CFCI and non-CFCI funding.
• Participate in workgroups and inform senior management on contract compliance issues.
• Develop, revise, and maintain policies for data collection, reporting, and compliance programs.
