Job summary

Project 26 Pennsylvania is seeking Digital Fellows to join our in-house influencers cohort and collaborate with the Campus Organizing Team to mobilize Gen-Z voters for the 2026 elections.

You will film, edit, and post short-form content (up to 3 minutes) and longer pieces (up to 5 minutes) across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and campus accounts, with a paid hourly fellowship supporting 15-20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Be comfortable being on camera.
• Understand the correct tone and pace for short-form video.
• Create content that sounds natural and organic, not scripted.
• Synthesize current events for a young audience.

Responsibilities

• Build our own social media following and engagement with strategists.
• Film and edit short-form videos to mobilize PA voters for 2026 elections.
• Produce and post creative content for YouTube and social platforms.
• Create designs to engage student voters on campus and regionally.
• Build regional social media strategies to amplify key content.
