Job summary

WE ARE GAME MAKERS is seeking an organized, highly motivated Associate Producer to drive tasks and features forward. You will own one or more game areas, plan, update, and deliver regular releases, with limited ownership of full features or departments, and collaborate across teams to maintain high quality.

You are a proactive problem solver who communicates clearly, coordinates with the team, and helps keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who owns challenges from start to finish.
• Professional, respectful team player with good collaboration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to track documents and development boards to stay up to date.
• Willingness to learn game development languages and mentor feedback.
• 1-5 years on a game development team; live service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Production Feature Owner or Department Feature Owner, delivering quality and timeliness while managing risk from concept to completion.
• Establish long-term schedules, milestone definitions, and sprint goals; manage tasks and updates.
• Coordinate with the broad production team to avoid overlap and duplication of effort.
• Schedule, attend, and chair meetings; take notes and outline actionable next steps.
• Provide regular status updates via in‑person meetings, Slack, email, and Confluence.
• Coordinate QA testing plans, manage test results, and triage issues to ensure quality.
• Escalate critical-path issues and capacity bottlenecks to the teams.
• Support the team to maintain maximum efficiency and professionalism under stress.
