Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for assigned elementary students
• Provide direct special education instruction tailored to various abilities
• Assess student skills and develop instructional plans addressing learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, families, and related service providers
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records per school/state requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
