Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Full Stack Python Engineer to accelerate a growing SaaS platform used to manage, visualize, and act on operational data for enterprise customers. You will work across the stack to build new features from concept through production and influence product direction.

You will collaborate with product and tech teams, design scalable data models, develop API layers, and create responsive dashboards while upholding performance, reliability, and code quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Python.
• Full stack development across server-side and frontend.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs in modern apps.
• Relational databases, data modeling and query optimization.
• Experience with data-intensive platforms or ETL processes.
• Exposure to React/Next.js or similar frameworks.
• Background in SaaS or cloud-based applications.
• Ability to drive projects independently while collaborating across teams.
• Strong communication and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.

• Design and build new capabilities used daily by customers.
• Develop features from concept through production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate challenges into software solutions.
• Improve platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute ideas to accelerate the product roadmap.

• Create responsive dashboards and reporting tools.

• Own solutions with minimal supervision and accountability.
