Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Full Stack Python Engineer to help accelerate a growing SaaS platform used to manage, visualize, and act on critical operational data. You’ll work across the stack from backend services to rich frontend dashboards, collaborating with product and technical teams to deliver features end-to-end.

The role requires 2+ years of production software experience, strong Python backend skills, and front-end capabilities with modern JS frameworks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production software development experience.
• Backend development with Python and full stack capabilities.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs in modern apps.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience with React/Next.js or similar JS frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build capabilities used daily by customers.
• Develop and launch new features from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
• Improve platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and roadmap initiatives.
