Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies seeks a Full Stack Python Engineer to accelerate the development of a data-driven SaaS platform used by enterprise customers to manage, visualize, and act on critical operational data.

You will design backend services, APIs, and frontend dashboards, collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions across the stack. This role offers visibility into product direction and opportunities to shape technical strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience building production-grade software applications.
• Strong backend development experience with Python or similar technologies.
• Full stack development experience spanning server-side and user-facing applications.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs in modern applications.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Experience with data-intensive platforms, analytics systems, or ETL processes.
• Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar technologies.
• Background contributing to SaaS products or cloud-based applications.
• Ability to independently drive projects while collaborating across teams.
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
