Job summary

SpaceX in the United States is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer, Manufacturing to join our application software team. You will develop mission critical applications used to accelerate production and enable Starlink growth, owning end-to-end software engineering and design.

You possess strong programming skills, experience with full stack development, and a passion for solving tough problems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or scientific discipline or 2+ years of related software experience.
• Experience in full stack development across front-end and back-end components.
• Proficiency with Python, C#.NET, Go, Scala or Java in OO environments.
• Strong knowledge of SPA concepts and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts, version control, and testing strategies.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud/container tooling.
• Familiarity with build systems (Make, Bazel, Gradle) and package managers (pip, npm).

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions used across SpaceX.
• Create new applications to improve SpaceX operations.
• Build prototypes to validate concepts and constraints.
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development.
• Analyze users' problems and design efficient solutions.
• Collaborate on architecture, design, and code reviews.
