Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer for Manufacturing Systems. You will own software across production facilities, build mission-critical apps, and prototype systems to accelerate Starship manufacturing and Starlink-related operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable systems, optimize performance, and deploy via CI/CD in a fast-paced aerospace environment. ITAR and weekend/extended hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or scientific discipline with 5+ years software development experience; OR 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions used across SpaceX.
• Create new applications that improve SpaceX operations.
• Build prototypes to prove design concepts and quantify constraints.
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development.
• Deep dive into users' problems to create efficient solutions.
• Contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews.
