Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for light industrial positions preferred.
• Experience in employee management, supervision, or team leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of HR and staffing practices, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, coaching, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably Bullhorn.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and related business systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a changing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source, attract, and screen active and passive candidates using job boards and Bullhorn.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and support consistent, fair, and equitable selection processes.
• Execute employee engagement, development, performance, redeployment, retention, and skills-improvement initiatives.
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including orientation, onboarding, offboarding, termination, payroll, coaching, and advising.
• Communicate safety policies, standard methodologies, employment updates, and process changes to talent.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on feedback, engagement results, and customer needs.
• Maintain operational efficiency and service quality to meet customer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, hiring managers, HR partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
