Job summary

RTX, in partnership with Collins Aerospace, is seeking an ASIC/FPGA Digital Design Engineer to help develop advanced technologies for communications, security, and space-based products. You will join a team of engineers and contribute to core FPGA/ASIC solutions, RTL design, and verification.

Role requires an ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance and U.S. citizenship, with onsite work in Fort Wayne, IN. The position offers growth within a world-leading aerospace and defense company.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree or related advanced degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• 1+ years of RTL coding and simulation experience in VHDL, Verilog or SystemVerilog
• Experience debugging hardware using schematics, FPGA vendor tools, and digital lab equipment

Responsibilities

• Support requirements capture and ASIC/FPGA digital architecture.
• Implement ASIC/FPGA digital design using RTL.
• Support verification and system integration of ASIC/FPGA implementations.
