Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a dedicated ABA team serving children with Autism. The role offers same‑day pay and flexibility, with opportunities for professional advancement and a robust clinical support network.

Positions start part‑time, with training provided. You’ll work in clients’ homes or community settings, building skills and recording outcomes to help families achieve meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
