Responsibilities

• Plan, internalize, and facilitate standards-aligned, rigorous lessons tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Implement formal and informal assessments, analyze student data to pivot instruction, and update gradebooks weekly.
• Establish strong, cooperative partnerships with families, providing weekly updates on student progress.
• Uphold a positive classroom behavior management system aligned with school-wide initiatives.
• Utilize technology effectively as an educational tool and provide targeted tutoring to meet student needs.
• Dedicate 40+ hours per week to instruction, meetings, development, and school duties.
