Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution.
• Active Florida State Teaching Certification.
• Strong classroom management, lesson adaptation, organization, and interpersonal communication.
• Level 2 background screening per Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
• K-12 classroom instructional experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with Florida standards and FAST exam prep (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver standards-aligned, rigorous lessons.
• Assess regularly and analyze data to adjust instruction.
• Update gradebooks weekly and maintain records.
• Provide weekly progress updates to families.
• Maintain positive classroom behavior per school initiatives.
• Use technology and run targeted tutoring sessions.
• Dedicate 40+ hours per week to instruction, meetings, PD, and duties.
