Job summary

• BS degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Journal Entries for AnMed Health and its affiliates according to the master schedule of JEs (including AnMed Health and Upstate Endoscopy).
• Prepares Account Recs for AnMed Health and its affiliates according to the master schedule of Recs (including AnMed Health, and Upstate Endoscopy). Also responsible for certain month end AR related schedules.
• Maintains the General Ledger for AnMed Health, and Upstate Endoscopy.
• Prepares Financial Statements for Upstate Endoscopy.
• Prepares check requests for Anderson Dialysis, Piedmont Pathology and Anderson Emergency Associates.
• Maintains Non-Patient AR system. Oversees billing process, applies payments and ties detail TB to GL. Acts as liaison with clients to include answering any questions about bills and contacts them if payments are not received in a timely manner. Acts as liaison with other departments who provide information used for the billing. Other billing as necessary.
• Assist with yearly audits.
