LNR Services in the United States is hiring Family Support & Parenting Time Specialists, a hybrid role blending two roles to empower families and promote reunification.

Flexible scheduling available (full-time or part-time), with services on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The role involves supervising visits, coaching families, and connecting them to local resources in a compassionate, structured setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Knowledge of community resources and services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise visits to promote healthy parent-child interaction.
• Provide transportation for children to and from visits as needed.
• Observe, document visit activities and maintain confidentiality.
• Assess family needs and develop customized support plans.
• Offer parenting education, coaching and crisis intervention as required.
• Collaborate with case managers and connect families to resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking.
