Job summary

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Family Service Advisor for Chapel of the Chimes Hayward Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Hayward, CA. You will guide families through planning their loved one’s final celebration with compassion and creativity, using consultative sales to build a trusted relationship.

You will receive extensive training, support a nationwide network, and participate in a commission-based structure that rewards performance and leadership in bereavement services.
