AltaMed Health Services Corporation in Huntington Park, CA is seeking a Staff Physician in Family Practice for a per diem, part-time role. The physician will provide medical services to AltaMed patients and participate in team-based care aligned with population health goals.

Candidates must hold an unrestricted California medical license, board certification or eligibility, and complete BLS. EMR experience and leadership skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine in California.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility with plan to become board certified within 18 months.
• Experience with electronic medical records and population health approaches.
