Job summary

Sandhills Medical Foundation, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide primary care across the lifespan within our Federally Qualified Health Center.

You will diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions while maintaining HIPAA-compliant EMR charts. The ideal candidate has an MSN/DNP (or physician) with active FNP licensure and 1–2 years of family practice or community health experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) from an accredited program or a Physician.
• Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an active, unrestricted license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and manage chronic conditions.
• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare and wellness exams.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics; prescribe treatments.
• Coordinate care with specialists and facilities.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant charts in EMR.
