Job summary

Arrow-Child- is seeking an FCT Practitioner to deliver Family Centered Treatment in the home, community, or program site. The role focuses on family strengths, goal-oriented and time-limited interventions, documenting needs and progress for regulated care settings.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and has at least 1 year of youth mental health experience. Training is provided, with expectations to become FCT certified within 6–9 months and maintain certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health or other related human services field.
• At least 1 year of previous experience working with youth in a mental health setting.
• The FCT Practitioner will complete the Wheels of Change online training course within 8 weeks of hire.
• The FCT Practitioner should be fully FCT Certified within 6-9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide Family Center Treatment to families in accordance with program specifications.
• Make a minimum of 2, multi-hour face-to-face sessions per week with each family system (except at discharge).
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention 24/7 as needed and participate in on-call rotation.
• Participate in required meetings and trainings; serve as FCT facilitator/recorder on a rotating basis.
• Provide after-care linkage and follow up; maintain thorough documentation including fidelity docs and progress notes.
• Perform duties to comply with regulations, company policy, and standards.
• May be required to drive and be insurable.
