Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Four years' experience in case management.
• Experience working closely with individuals and families.
• Knowledge of written and spoken conversational Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Family Advocate performs advanced service planning and case management.
• Provides quality and comprehensive child/family support services.
• Assists families with the development of their Family Partnership Agreement.
