The role oversees planning, direction, and management of project activities, including schedules, budgets, and documentation, while mentoring junior PMs and collaborating with various campus stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing and coordinating design and construction projects with contractors, architects, engineers and consultants.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, review, and manage project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all project aspects, including working with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Support campus sustainability initiatives related to new construction and renovation projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Administer and oversee the payment process for designers and contractors, ensuring timely payments.
• Manage campus construction efforts from design through close-out, with effective stakeholder communication.
